During your consultation, you will meet the surgeon who will perform your surgery. The consultation will start by asking you what you expect from your surgery.
Your surgeon will then perform a medical examination to assess whether your chest is suitable to accommodate the breast implants.
To decide which implant fits best with your figure, you are going to try different sizes and models. Based on this, your surgeon will be able to give you an idea of which type of implant and incision location is appropriate for your desired outcome.
Your surgery will be performed under intravenous sleep sedation. This stops you from feeling pain and puts you under a state of unconsciousness. Your anaesthetist will insert a needle into your arm through which the medication will be injected. It takes about 10 seconds to start having an effect. Once asleep the surgeon will make a small incision (2-3 centimeters), thanks to our MIBIS technique, in the area agreed upon during the consultation. After placing both implants, the symmetry can be checked and adjusted. The incision will be closed with 3 layers of dissoluble sutures.
