Dr. Cromheecke completed her general medicine-study at the University of Leiden (the Netherlands) in 1995.
She obtained her doctorate in 2000 in the thesis safety management of artificial heart valves and anticoagulation at the University of Amsterdam and the Technical University of Delft (both in the Netherlands).
She specialised for 6 years in general surgery, abdominal surgery and (oncological) breast surgery and obtained this diploma in 2006. After that she specialized further in (oncoplastic) breast surgery, varicose vein surgery and general surgery.
Dr. Cromheecke speaks Dutch and English.
