Dr. Munters completed her degree in Medicine at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and graduated with distinction in 2003.
She specialized in anaesthesia at the Catholic University of Leuven. During her studies, she taught medicine and biomedical students at the University of Diepenbeek.
She was in charge of emergency medicine.
Dr. Munters speaks Dutch, French, English and German.
