Dr. Jayanta Bain is a Board Specialist Plastic Surgeon. He completed his Graduation (MBBS) from 'Calcutta National Medical College'; Master Degree (MS) in 'General Surgery' from 'SS Medical College', Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.

After completion of his Master Degree, Dr. Bain stood first in the 'Super Speciality Medical Entrance Exam' and took admission in MCh (Plastic Surgery) course in 'Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research', Kolkata. After MCh, he took further training in Cosmetic Surgery in Stockholm, Sweden.

Beside of his excellent surgical hand craft, Dr. Jayanta Bain is a brilliant academician. He has more than twenty five Paper publications in his credit. Besides of his busy clinical practice, he is a routine Guest & Speaker in National and International Plastic Surgery Conferences.

Dear friends, I want to share my Fellowship experience in Wellness Kliniek, Genk Belgium. I was a fellow in this Institute from 03/10/2022 to 23/12/2022. The Clinic is very supportive to its Fellow; they have pickup & drop service from airport. They will provide free accommodation inside the hospital campus. The city shopping complex is few miters nearby, so you will have no problem to buy anything. Most of the hospital staffs, nurses, administrators & all doctors can speak English so there will be no problem in communication. Chief Surgeon Dr. Damen, Dr. Visser, Dr. Taraquis, Dr. Parys, Dr. Manon, Anaesthisist Dr. Matasic, Dr. Cojucaro, Fellowship Coordinator Ms. Katrien and others I meet there were nice persons, always supportive.

Monday - Friday we had surgical activity. Fellow will assist the Operating Surgeon during surgery; this is how you will get direct surgical training. This is a high volume hospital, every day 15-18 cosmetic surgeries are done. So you will be able to see lot of cases which is very much necessary to build your clinical eye. Breast Augment, Mastopexy, Breast Reduction, Rhinoplasty, Face Lift, Arm Lift, Otoplasty, Blepharoplasty, Liposuction of Abdomen, Thigh, Neck etc, Circumcision, Labiaplasty – almost types of cosmetic surgery you will be able to see, observe and assist during surgery.

Anyone wants to learn Aesthetic Plastic Surgery must apply for this Institute. Three months I spent with them was one of my best times in my life.
