The procedure itself
The procedure is performed under general anaesthetic. You will not experience any pain during the treatment. The operation takes on average 1,5 hours.
The procedure is performed in a modern equipped operating theatre, with surveillance equipment. Your stay at the clinic will last for 3 days/2 nights. You will have a private room, bathroom and suite.

- You are between 14 and 60 years of age;
- You have already undertaken some serious measures to lose weight without lasting success;
- You do not have any heart problems or high blood pressure;
- You don’t smoke, or you do but very little;
- You have no history of thrombosis, embolism;
- You have been obese for more than 5 years;
- Your obesity is already causing health complications;

- You are motivated to co-operate and to exercise more and avoid consuming high calorie drinks and foods following the operation.
